I think it's time to fire my assistants. They can't even manage the simplest tasks. This morning Siri outright refused to make my coffee and Alexa just offered to tell me a coffee joke instead.

I'm long overdue to post my next photo. Here's our baby visiting Grandma. At 7 years old, he is the youngest of our critters. It's a losing battle to keep the 4 leggers off her white couch so we took a blanket to cover it this time.

We had several opportunities to view the Aurora Borealis last year, it's unusual to see the lights this far south(western NY) in the summer. It made for lots of great chances to try for photos!

There's always time for a good book!

A couple of years ago I planted a variety of sunflowers outside my living room window. Got some beauties and great opportunities for photos! This is one of the tallest giants, around 10 feet tall. End of the season, squirrels have already started feasting on the nuts.
