I've been practicing Iyengar Yoga for 32 years and teaching for 26 years, (although currently only on Zoom) and it continues to be a constant positive force in my life. Now in my late 60s I can't do many poses as fully as I used to, but wow, I feel so good after my practices! #yoga #iyengaryoga

I'm impressed that science has conclusively proven that the best method of reducing anger is stealing a boat and crashing it into a bigger boat.
