I have just been admitted to the ICU. The glass front wall takes getting used to. Nurses keep peeking in on me. I’m still awake because I spent so much time sleeping yesterday. My heart rate is too high and my blood pressure is too low. I’m going to sleep now. Prayers and good vibes appreciated.

There is nothing quite like sleeping in the ER waiting for a room upstairs. My heart decided to throw a ‘cardiac event’ .

Our complex has revamped our indoor pool ( there is also an outdoor pool ). I’m ready for water aerobics. Water walking is much cooler on a hot southern day. My doctor recommends it as PT. The new fitness center is behind those windows.

My doctor wants me to start PT for my neck and continue using Lidocaine on it. I still have to wear the brace to bed. I am to wait for another month to see if my vision clears up. She isn’t too worried about the spinal issue . She said the surgery is way more dangerous. Lab had a bit of trouble.
