Does Chris Murphy deserve our attention? He certainly wants it.

A scholar of Democrats’ failures, Murphy embodies his party’s quest to rebuild its brand. The question is whether an insider like him is up to the task.

Chris Murphy needs blue America to wake up
The Connecticut senator once looked like the future of Democratic politics. These days, he worries whether democracy has a future.

After 14 campaigns—12 for Joe, two for Beau—Jill Biden's 50 years in public life is ending.

She's at peace with it, if “disappointed with how it unfolded,” she says. And endings, of course, aren't the whole story.

Sheeny, shiny, glossy Jack Schlossberg. @karavoght.bsky.social spent months talking to him and thinking about what to make of him. The result is this great piece capturing him in print amber like few others could.

Usha Vance: an ex-Democrat who taught JD the ways of the elite and helped propel him into political prominence — but who doesn't say much about herself.

From @karavoght.bsky.social and I: www.washingtonpost.com/style/power/...
Usha Vance is a ‘powerful’ voice in JD’s ear. What will she say?
Usha Vance, incoming Second Lady, once guided JD into high society at Yale, where they first met. Now, just over a decade later, he will become vice president.
