So this... is why I made. Growing up I loved stuff like Twilight, Warm Bodies, dumb teen melodrama fantasy and anime. But ... being a bi black girlie.. I just never saw myself in those things. Never saw the black girl be the love interest that was romantically pined for, going on a journey (cont.)
Something I say a lot is, "Let Black kids go to Narnia" as shorthand for, "There should be more stories where Black characters get to be centered in the magical adventures they've often been excluded from" so projects like this always make me so happy. I am looking forward to more from this team!
While making a short film over the summer, things get crazy for best friends Tammy and Sia. Witches, magic books and Vampires too? Will their friendship survive this supernatural summer, and will Tammy be able to handle a romance with two vampires?
