I've not been doing well with drawing digitally recently, so art is slow. I am, however, drawing a lot traditionally. This is one of those drawings that I digitalised so I can colour it. I might post my other art soon if I remember

Really the biggest question to ask right now is are you willing to risk being mentally and/or physically drained and/or injured for the pros?

• You could become a keeper and have everything you need
• You could learn how to survive the wilderness via the active keeper(if they're sane enough)

Most of the time, the active keeper will have been living there on their own for goodness only knows how long. The plants and animals can provide company, but, introvert or not, humans need human interaction to stay sane. Even if it's just a small bit.

Think about it. You can only be let in if the active keeper lets you in. The active keeper will only let you in if you're not there to hurt them or their forest(yes, they can tell). So, you can just be left out in the cold.

Basically, you look for shelter there out of desperation. It is a place to go that can absolutely be safer than your current situation be it homelessness, loneliness, abusive situations, etc. But, it can also be worse:

This should make sense, actually. Not because it's in a forest, but because it's "paradise". Too good to be true, ya know? And it is! Depending on the active keeper, you could be trapped, imprisoned, driven mad, assaulted(in every different way you can think of), etc.

You know, there's one fun thing about Cabin Fever as a place: It is NOT safe.
It sounds great in word, but, unless you're the keep(and even then), it really is not safe.

There's a story I've had in my head that I love where you wait after the last bus posted on the schedule and you can get picked up by this bus that's from like the late 1940s

You know, there's one fun thing about Cabin Fever as a place: It is NOT safe.
It sounds great in word, but, unless you're the keep(and even then), it really is not safe.

Apparently, emotions have smells, cause I walked into my room and it just smells.. sad... Like, there's some sort of energy in my room that is actively making it sad. Not sure how to explain it tbh
