Work on the things you have to mind to see them as a thing that takes time. There are things that feel just life itself, and each person can find theirs. It takes time, but look for them frequently.

Work can be the life itself, not a balanced addition.

Always prefer done over perfect result. You work with others, all moving their business forward, even you not noticably. The done is the only keyword progress care about. Learn to grow instead, be in a flow of doing and learning.

Start and do with what's there, then scale.

When getting started do your works reverse. Start with something out there and breakdown it into more details to understand why's of it. Try to develop a good selective eye as well, to pick things that are well done.

Learning from others covers their works too.
March 28, 2025 at 7:08 AM
It's completely okay to get started by making things and looking at others' mindset and progress until you find your ways around, because you just can't wait for reaching to certain level to get started.

Use others' path as starting point of your road.

It's the most normal thing in reality for you to not know what you are doing to its fullest before doing it. Because many elements that will create clarity requires action to be revealed.

Just start with what's there for you and let the things show you the way.

There is a saying anything has value if sold right. Anything you have - skill, experience, and etc. in 90% of time is usable and useful for someone else. The thing is to research and identify it then put it into the action.

Learn to move with what's there while improving it.

When doin your work remember to remind yourself frequently that whether you are doing the things to fulfill your creative desires or what's been asked to be done. In most cases, by default, it's about desire over what's needed.

Arrange your progress often than you think.
March 26, 2025 at 7:18 AM
Sooner or later you will face the fact that you have to leave perfectionist mind behind that make you think you need tons to get ready to do certain things, and push yourself actually to start and fail.

Eventually understand it's the only healthy way of learning.

There were not a period in time where the rise happens in solo and independent business ventures compared to now. Will this cause the increase in competition or open more space in job market is the question.

Supporting small businesses is likely to normalize the market.

The most core element of understanding the difference creating and making your own things or being a part of vision of others is at getting the creative thinking and its value that forms and founds ideas to be executed.

You may have many, but did not discovered them yet.

Sometimes you just have many things to become a reality. This happens until you get humbled by the reality of choice and priorities. Since everything is possible to be done, it become matter of time available to you.

Gotta learn to move with flow and create basis for the next.

Always keep something in motion—something you can build, refine, and grow. Progress happens through action, not just thought. An idea left in your mind, waiting for perfection, never becomes real.

Think. Create first, optimize later. Always.

Creating your own thing is both the hardest and most valuable path. Opportunities are everywhere, yet finding the right one and committing long-term is rare. Not everyone is built for it, just as not every job is for everyone.

If you have the resources and drive, give it a go.

Building confidence starts with knowing things deeply. It's the foundation for internal peace and control. The more you understand, the better your decisions, even when unsure.

Confidence comes from knowledge, which grows through practice, experience, and time.

Tiredness isn’t just about needing rest—it can stem from over-optimizing and blurring work with everything else. A better approach is building a sustainable flow, optimizing within your limits, and avoiding constant pressure.

Balance isn’t a break; it’s a strategy.

Sometimes, just don’t do things. Step back, reflect, and take in the bigger picture. Constant motion without feedback leads to stagnation or repetition.

Growth isn’t just about doing—it’s about understanding, adjusting, and moving forward with clarity.

Prioritize your systems and workflows—everything feels urgent unless you make it otherwise. Work gets done, but meaningful results come from structured priorities. Achievement isn't just effort; it's better management.

Don’t overlook the power of organizing your process.
