I can't yap and yell loud enough how important Vitamin D is. If I remember, I usually take 10k IU daily. Which, whenever mentioned that people would be worried, the recommended was 600 and anything over 5k is scary. It's now recently being fixed and updated to recommend 9000 daily!

Memories interesting. Ive been really stressed with a lot of anxiety and intense emotions, but when I think of memories from a year or two ago, there's a feeling of calm and all my current stress and anxiety actually goes away for a moment. Are others able to immerse themselves in memories this way?

This has been one of the best cons ive ever been to, so many firsts! First time being confident with myself, allowing me too dance at a rave, be comfy with pictures, and wear cute clothes all for the first time. I got my ears pierced. I treated close friends to nice meal. (1/?)
