Nervous for your first naturist event? Totally normal. Take your time, don’t rush, and go at your own pace. Everyone there was new once. Focus on how your body feels, not how it looks. The nerves fade fast. Worth it.

😯 Deux semaines après l'annonce de notre fondation, nous première activité fut une réussite éclatante. Nous avions une salle comble de 15 personnes pour notre 1er cours de yoga nu de la session automne 2025. Ce n’était qu’un début!🧘♀️
