been trying daily 30min morning gym sessions instead of long evening sessions 2-3x a week… currently 2 weeks in and I still hate waking up at 6.40am but it does seem to be achieving my objective of being more consistent and reclaiming more time in my day

i feel like grindr changed *something* about their ad system cos it’s so much more annoying now…. i swear they didn’t use to have ads when you’re clicking into a conversation??
