#r4today Many people seeing a boatload of asylum seekers arriving see a bunch of freeloaders, criminals and jihadists. Some people see a much needed influx of young, healthy incredibly courageous and determined people who with their children may be the backbone of this country in future years.

#r4today Surely people can see what the “summit” was all about. Trump had been making some hollow threats. Putin decided to show the World once again who’s boss by calling him and thus the USA to heel by inviting himself on to American soil for a party

#r4today Netanyahu and his government of zealots have betrayed Israel, victims of past anti-Jewish atrocities and Jews the world over by the atrocities being perpetrated in their name. Rather than threatening to recognise a Palestinian state we should withdraw recognition of Israel under him

#t4today the argument that anti-idf sentiments is antisemitic because of conscription is odd. Although it may attract sanctions people can conscientiously object to participating in war crimes
