as a christian & someone who reads the bible every day, let's all remember that it isn't a science book or a documented history book, it is a book filled with much fiction and stories with some non-fiction elements. And it is highly subject to interpretation. I tend to focus on the words of Jesus.

One of my all time favorites that gets no acclaim was a really early one - Scarecrow with Al Pacino.
RIP Gene Hackman, a fav or mine. He died yesterday in Santa Fe, NM. some of my favorite Hackman films in no particular order: Mississippi Burning, Unforgiven, Hoosiers, The Royal Tenenbaums, Get Shorty.
