I've worked at Walmart and Costco. Hated working at Walmart. Costco was actually a good job. Highest paying retailer. At hourly milestones you automatically got pay raises instead of if your manager likes you. 1.5x pay on Sundays. Aetna insurance. Holidays off. I felt appreciated as a employee.
