About a month ago I discovered there's an apple tree growing in amongst a bunch of ash trees and brambles at the end of my property. I picked some today and they were delicious.

I honestly cannot believe the whole center console on cars thing isn’t illegal and stigmatized. The messages, the alerts, the notifications — it’s all absolutely, positively dangerous and unnecessary.
i love that my car flashes a message to keep my eyes on the road on a screen in the center console that i have to dismiss

Briefly tried out an online proofing service for uploading designs to with comments. Totally overdone, squirrel-y UI. Wondering if it's just me or has everyone just accepted over-complicated stuff and bad UI as a way of life now.

Every time something breaks (car, something in the house, something in the trailer, etc.), I basically ask my dad for help (he shuffled off this mortal coil last July) and so far, I can't say he hasn't helped out because I've managed to find/complete the fix after asking for the help.
