Our cat Rigby crossed the rainbow bridge yesterday. He was 18 and the best cat ever. The sweetest boy. We are heartbroken 💔. I wish I could have one more cuddle. But I am thankful he is no longer in any pain.

Road to Sky to make it up Alpe de Zwift. Snagged the QOM and finished 17th overall. 🤗 I was definitely ready to get off the bike after 1h30+.
Next time, I'll just take the ski lift up! 😮💨😅

Finished the Inside Out program on Zwift with the lovely 'Oh Hill No' KOM. To my pleasant surprise, I kept the same FTP I had last year. Post ACL surgery and I'm back to where I was last year? Yassss 🎉

Starting to think I'm getting in shape thanks to Zwifts Inside Out program. Two KOMs and I felt pretty good after that ride. And the views from the top 🤌

Zwift...girl, no. I do not feel "fresh" after doing an hour-long ramp-up workout. But I appreciate your confidence in my endurance. 😅

Today is a big day. First run outside in years (very slow and very short). Learning to trust my knee is a crazy mind game. Then I hopped on the bike. I really didn't think I was gonna finish but I did it! I'll have to go back and do the longer versions of these workouts soon, but for now, ride on!!

Getting my endurance back is such a pain some days. But I also enjoy it. It's a true love/hate relationship. Yesterday was the longest ride on Zwift I've done since my surgery...and it felt like it. Pushed it on my last lap to grab some sweet PRs. 😮💨/🤗.

I'm back and more focused than ever. Goal of the spring is to get in shape again, while strengthening my left leg, of course. 2.5 months post-ACL/Meniscus surgery and I'm feeling more and more myself again. And Zwift released app updates and new routes in France for me to explore! LFG!

2.5 weeks post-op. Trying to get back on the bike. Seat raised and still couldn't make a full rotation. But it was so lovely to be back in the saddle. 🤠🚴♀️

Recovering from ACL surgery this time around has been the worst. Knee looks great, surgery went great, but now I get hives all over my leg? Seriously? 😰
