I realized midway through last year I was logging my dumbbell lifts at half the weight in Hevy. I was too lazy to correct old workouts so I decided to wait until 2026 to update the lbs.
Fast forward to today, Hevy gave me warnings for unusual weigh amounts and didn’t log PRs until I did two sets
