Hitting a PB on the rowing machine after 2 weeks of not using it was nice this morning. Also got to use my liquid chalk which is also very fun until I got it all over my hood.

It's gotten so brutally and suddenly cold in the mornings I've ordered a balaclava. My only hope is it saves me from having a wet face at 5:45am going to the gym.

After nearly a grand and 4 visits, I finally have a crown on my tooth. The best thing though, is the dentist let me keep my moulds and I'm stoked about it. Look how fucked they are.

My nephew (2) has a new favourite saying which is "fucking hell" and he didn't learn it from uncle geo (nor my brother). Lets fucking go.
