ALSO if PI is going to be called so inconsistently, then it should just be a standard penalty (10 yds/1st down) instead of from the spot of the foul.

there have been two scenarios in today’s games regarding catches that were EXACTLY like the Bills/Cooks scenario that were both ruled complete passes. The NFL officiating fucked up or the rule need to be addressed
