After 1 year and 4 months, its done, they say better late than never, I took it to heart. Kinda not wanted to at first, but it was worth it. I'll further elaborate on it on alt text

So, long time no see, huh? Where do I even start? The original sketch for this dates all the way back to april of last year, it wasn't made for the anniversary but after drawing it I figured it would come in handy, it did since by the time may 24 came I started working on it in Krita, thinking I would finish the 25th (I thought it was the day of the anniversary) and I made the lineart, colored almost everyone with shadows and lighting but Murphy and Calvin etc... It was like roughtly 90% done when the 27th (which would already have been one day late) when uhh, "stuff" happened and had to stop working on it... For several months... I would get into it, but it's too personal, and I would be here all day, long story short: I lost my tablet, and the capacity to draw for a time. By the time I was able to go back to working on it... I really didn't felt like it at all, I preferred making new art again, but for the longest time I just kept making sketches on paper, without practicing on Krita nor finishing and coloring anything there. The last few months I tried drawing on Krita again and sucessfully got back into it, it felt better than never before, specially than when I did it with mouse, and I regained the drive to work on it again, and decided I would just finish both 5th and 6th anniversary pieces after their respective dates and actually do the 7th one it time. After a whole year I didn't just shaded Murphy and Calvin which basically that's what was left this whole time, but took the time to tweak it a little to the point I liked it again, without straying away from the original vision nor redoing work that was already for the most part. All I can say it's that it just inspires me to keep drawing like this, hopefully finish the 6th and 7th anniversary pieces as I intend and keep drawing, including lots of M&M. (I'm also aware that [bunny]'s ear being over Zoe's like that is ugly, Mitzi's ear etc, but just keep in mind, this thing is tecnically a year old)

I love how she came out, and trust me she wouldn't have looked nowhere close as nice lol. I don't have much else to say really, other than I'm unsure on the "shchedule" these will be posted now and how much I'll even continue, I said "until I'm tired of it" and while I'm not (yet) I feel in the long run and the time I'm posting them I may, considering that tbh my fav characters are the main ones... I don't know how motivated I will I also wanna do other art (both M&M related and not) and I thought I would do these and post one week each but turns out I missed this last week, I hope M&M being posted toghether compensates for that but it wasn't DePoint, Me being able to draw both in the same week made me think I would be able to draw 2 characters a week so I could post 1 a week and be "one step ahead", but I end up posting Zoe as soon as I finished her and I should have posted [bunny] a week ago... Oh and AJ if you're reading this the new poodle character it's awesome.

This was an idea I had for either ArtTober and the dreaded 6th Anniversary piece but it kind of murphed (pun intended) into it's own thing. At the very least I'll draw "The main 5" so don't expect much really. I'm just testing the waters at making new art consistently and steadily, so I'll see along the way if I end up drawing more but it's nothing seriously established, but as I said it's something to see how far I can get with drawing frequency, while also trying something new and keep finding my way of drawing the cast. I'm happy with how Zoe turned out, as much as I do prefer how the other to look, but tbh that def has to do with me frankly liking them more... Can't wait to draw [bunny] and Vivian though! Oh and yes I think I'm calling this the awesome series, I really couldn't come up with a name and needed to post I'm sorry if it sounds ridiculous instead of awesome, hope you find the art awesome though!

This is one of those pics I see and go "wait, I can do that?" I assume this feeling may be stronger for most of you since you haven't seen any art of my in like a year. But of course I have still drawn and progressed behind the scenes, but even for my current standards this is awesome! don't expect stuff at this level often... I'm just trying out new stuff. For the longest time I've been trying out new ways to draw these two and a few others chars from this lil' special webshow for me, and while I wouldn't say that I "found" my way of do so with these, I'm quite satisfied with it! Of course the palette is experimental and something special for this piece specifically but it's part of that I think. I want to get more ambitious with how I color and I thought this excercise would be nice to try out, it's inspired by Pokemon's Gen 1 GB palettes if you want at least one "source" of where I got the idea. Not a fan of Pokemon though, but I like some things about it, including sprite work. It's gorgeous. To finish off I gotta state that while this was not intended as the belated 6th anniversary piece? you may as well take it as such just in case I don't end up making one, as I think it's good enough on it's own for that, it actually includes some key elements I considered for the latter, so there's that...

I just wanna clarify I wont be postin so often, maybe just once a month, and not sure if from rn or not yet, all I knew was that I needed to post this now

I wanna have enough art to be putting out in a schedule. Maybe I'll do some kind of october challenge and then go back to inactivity for a time

I've thought about this a lot. To me, a life without art (either as the artist or the audience) is no life at all. Don't ignore reality, but if you still have the drive and the means to create, then don't let the shitheads in power rob of you of one of the best parts of being human.

Feeling... rough. Lately.

I'm also doing something Sonic so it'll lose it's place soon. I already made fanart of two relatively obscure videogames that aren't even out yet so it was about time. I don't hate this, but I really don't like it that much. The only one I did spot on was red and I thing this is overall just ok. I also massacred the poor blues so sorry for that, this was also a bit hurried. I wanted to do em way closer to their toon designs, but I wanted like a mix of the two and since I didn't had good enough reference for the expressions I wanted they just look like the ones from the game so they're like 20x less expressive that I wanted em to be. If you have seen the AB Toons designs you know what I mean. I also posted this way too late when I actually made it when it was meant to too, but it has been complicated too, and now I gotta catch up since that was all I got for now. But I don't gonna pressure myself so much. I want these to be worth it and I have other art projects I want to put attention to as well.

I both love and hate this in a way. Like, for the most part, it looks like I wanted it to look like and I'm pleased with it, but there's something that kinda doesn't make it as good as it should be to my eyes. It probably has to do with the "Inking" though, and not that the lighting helps Not much to say about this one other than that and therefore, this WOULD be my favorite till now but sadly what I mentioned before prevents it from that, not that I didn't liked it! And still, while this is the first @machoboyanim Anna-Logue fanart I post and the first full proper one I do, I have both done more before and plan to do more anyways, so we're alrite, I guess...

I'll see where it could be good on InkTober, and if I don't get a good chance there, I'll just draw her when it ends! (not necessarily, by that I mean just not as part of it, and to post her after) This made me realize I've never drawn Roll in an accurate way until now. I used to like, really like her as a kid so I drew her a lot back then, but when I was a kid no one looked in model so... This is actually the first time I do it using reference and the difference is night and day. Only thing that worries me it's that's she's a little too on-model, while not looking like how she would if drawn by whoever did the B&C art (apparently, contrary to what I thought until a bit of research, it wasn't Ishikawa)... But I still like it! It's just that I want to not rely on doing her just like she looks like too, but I guess that's just a matter of time. I was going to post this the 6th, as I had skipped until then the drawing for that day and forgot, to make up for it. Then I couldn't do the drawing of that day so I just would post both yesterday, or at least this one that was ready, but due to unexpected causes I never got a chance to do so, but I did now, I'll see if I'll post this day's art today too or what else, but at least I got this out for now.

This one was weird, since up to when it didn't had bg yet, I was really liking it, when I finished the island and such I didn't liked it that much as the rest but I did, so I was excited to finish it since I thought I would really like it, and when I finished it I was dissapointed, since I thought the bg and perspective wasn't as right as I wanted and ruined the whole thing, but after some time of having done it, I think it's not so bad! In fact, I am having a bit of trouble deciding if this or the Ruby one (day one, backpack) it's my favorite! Even if the whole setting isn't as impressive as I wanted it to be, it's decent enough for something I never do, and that's the point of this whole thing, and I personally think I nailed Spot's posing and the design AJMarekArt made for her. I guess that's all for now, I really wonder how this drawing wil age considering my whole rollercoaster on how I felt about it. For now I dare to say it's one of my favorite pieces I've done till now The character's name is Spot The Mouse Scout and she belongs to the currently indev game: ALittleLost, by Robert Lauer. And the artstyle she's drawn in is an imitation attempt at AJMarekArt's depiction of her You can also tune in to ClockOut Channel on Twitch to ocasionally catch up to a glimpse of the game's development or watch the artists play and make art.

Not so much, but I don't completely hate it. I think it's decent enough, just a bit too much of a Flanders reskin. If anything I can take another shot at it later. This is also by far the simplest of them all, I went from a character and a little bg to a little character and big bg, to mildly detailed character to this, and after this there's another big detailed bg and character! is kind of a rollercoaster, but that's kinda the point for me, just trying out different stuff even if I don't like how everything turns out.

I really like this drawing. I've wanted to draw him properly for a long time now and this was the perfect excuse thanks to Duke's almost as iconic as his one liners and totally-not-outdated-and-stuck-in-the-90s machismo, mighty boot! I wanted to have more specific focus on the boot with some perspective but this is the best I got, not that I ruined it tho. I like it! I hope I don't get cancelled for drawing him in the future, I had a talk with a very wokey dokey philosphy teacher I have in great esteem so I know what I'm talking about. Still a good game tho, Duke's such an unserious character for me to take it seriously. Love that guy, wanna be just like him when I grow up. [insert cheesy 80's action movie catchphrase here]

24 days (originally did it 11 ones after but didn't posted for reasons), I know. I'm glad it was that and not more. I'm glad I even DID it I think I'm not stating which many days I'm late after tis one. I've been busy with another ART project right now that I have given the priority that it doesn't deserve, but I don't regret it. It's just that I should have been focused on this instead. Mitzi discovers Murphy watching MLP. If you watch the "show" (M&M, not MLP) you must know that while to anyone it may appear Mitzi's reaction to this is "my friend it's watching girl cartoon lol" (which is already while cliche, funny on it's own to me), it's actually more of a "hey I like that too! I didn't knew he liked it!" so she's recording because she thinks it's a cool and important moment or smth I dunno. Not so proud, it was funnier on my head. The BG is way too similar to how AJ actually does Murphy's room but that's not necessarily good, it feels like I'm tecnically tracing instead of actually making my own drawing on that part. I tried to push Mitzi's expression and even Murphy's so they look funny but the whole composition, "inking" I dunno it kinda ruins it to me. I want to do often drawings with bg/on a setting for this but it kinda goes to my disadvantage on the inking part, so I plan on doing it differently or dropping it, most likely the earlier. And that's it! I hope I do the rest, even if not necessarily catching up. Again, I don't wanna point out how late I was on every single one because I think that would just be annoying to everyone and redundant.

Mr. Buns has crawled onto Ruby's back like he was a backpack. It's really the best idea I could have, but I like the result. with the result I don't mean the final result but the drawing itself, this "inking" thing is hard for me and makes some of my sketches look worse, I swear it looked better like it... And yeah I know it's been a year since I last posted art. A year ago I was posting a wip for the first Inktober drawing because I couldn't make it the first day, but this time I was actually starting earlier and finished it in time earlier today, it's just that I had to do something else before I posted it and by the time I got to it there were some things that took time so I'm posting it late! Again... But at least it's not because I was late to do it! Not sure if I'll make it this year though, would be a MIRACLE if that happens, mark my words So, excuse the crappy photo quality, it doesn't look that much better in person though...
