Also, Dax update! He's 7 months as of next week (ish).
He's got a rotten streak and has started getting into his treat bags when he's bored.
He was neutered back in August and we had a health scare after, but he's been good since.
No idea what he weighs but I think he's going to be a big dude.

I left my high stress tech job working in VOD/OTT and am now back at the hotel I worked at in 2021/2022.
After almost having another mental break down because of work and finding out I likely have polymyositis, I just couldn't handle it anymore.
Will I leave again? Maybe.

I can smell the vanilla Cavendish just by looking at this picture.
He passed away eleven years ago in November. Wild to think it's been that long.
I have him to thank for my sense of humor and my love of history.

My baby boy is getting so big!
He's 4 months and 5 lbs.

This little guy sprained his leg and was so swollen we had to make a trip to a walk-in vet clinic.

Got some not so great news at the vet today. Dax tested positive for FIV.
We're going to retest at around 6 months just in case it's a false positive from nursing from mom who may have been FIV+.
Doesn't change much for us. He's still our boy and we are going to give him the best life we can.
