This is probably the greatest “poem” I’ve ever written, which doesn’t say much if you’ve read any poems of mine. the lines, if you squint real hard, look kinda like a butt plug…BUT if you flip your phone the poem forms a little tree in a pot…

It seems my muse lies in a different time zone because why tf did I get inspired at 1 am and wrote all the way till 4 am?
But to be clear, I’m not complaining. Inspiration is a well and idk when I’ll reach its bottom so I’m happy for the inspiration-I just wish it wasn’t so late at night though…

I’m gonna put out the second story I ever wrote called “The Lonesome Astronaut” on my website soon.
it’s about 15 pages and yet it still feels short. I wrote it 2 to 3 years ago and I can already point out a whole bunch of things I’d do differently if I were to rewrite it.
That’s progress, right?

im an album kinda guy now...
for all my 21 years of existence I've been listening to songs but I never sat down to listen to an actual album...recently I heard Tyler the creator's Chromokopia and that got me into listening to whole albums. Now I put on albums as i work and it hits way different ngl

So at random intervals throughout the day I’ll be hit with a few words that mesmerize me. I wrote this in my transfixed state:

Idk if it’s the device I’m using or if krita is buggy but my files don’t wanna open for some reason. That’s why,a few days ago, I deleted Krita.
Just a few minutes ago, I verbatim said, “yeah, but it was good when it worked…” and reinstalled it.

I had a pretty disturbing dream this morning…and I can’t seem to forget it.
On the bright side, I have gotten better at recalling my dreams and remembering them!
I wanted to improve my dream recall so that I could learn to lucid dream, eventually. Clearly, it has its drawbacks too…

I finished reading “And Every Morning the Way Home Gets Longer and Longer” by Fredrik Backman, in about an hour and wow - this 76 page book, if you let it, will build such a beautiful little world around you - all warm and cozy. It’s short, sweet and it pierces your heart in just the right way.
