Haven't been to the gym im a hot minute but that all changes tomorrow! I'll finally be off for a week from my overnight job and will be trying to get at least 30 minutes to an hour of gym time. I'm determined to get my partner to join me.

Kinda forgot to update this 😅. Haven't been to the gym in about 2 weeks but I've been sticking to my calorie deficit. So far I'm down to 311.4 lb. I walked 15 min on my home treadmill and hope to get a bit more in tomorrow.

Only did 15 minutes yesterday. Friend had smoked a little too much and I didn't smoke enough so my hips were killing me. Then my leg became inflamed which didn't help so we shall see how today goes.

Did a full hour on the treadmill. Fastest 2.5 highest incline 15 but mainly did it at 3.5 most of the time. Didn't stop walking once just slowed down. Made it 1.30 miles. Slow but I'm getting there.

Only did 21 minutes at the gym last night but it was 14 minutes of this 👇and 6 minutes on the treadmill. I was shakey from not eating and my legs were screaming from the row machine 😩

I'm breaking out of my comfort zone with this one but I want to keep myself accountable. I'm going to be using this platform as documentation of my progress in my weight loss journey. Starting weight 321 lb goal weight 160 lb.
