Ember now builds on Vite by default (has worked for some time actually).
I am truly amazed by the ability of Ember, even being old, less popular and less sponsored, to keep reinventing itself in a good way: providing strong backwards compatibility and a clear path forward without stagnating in time.

We just merged a 3000 files / 75k lines of code PR in our 2017 @emberjs.com app that moved us from .ts + .hbs => .gts

This would have never been possible without @embroider/template-tag-codemod and the work from the great @chris.manson.ie and other great members of the Ember.js community!

En France, le #cancer tue 157 000 personnes chaque année.

C’est la première cause de mortalité prématurée.

Et pourtant… aucun registre national pour recenser tous les cas.

Résultat : on avance à l’aveugle.

Anyone following me here has likely seen some of the amazing things that we've been working on in @emberjs.com recently 🎉

... If I were to, hypothetically, make a 5-minute video about any Ember-related topic, what would you like to see me do a video on?

Today I literally released a npm package on an airplane without any stress using release plan ✈️📦🎉

If you don't know already: release-plan is the best way to release any npm package 💪 I never release with anything else

🎁 Ember v6 is released!

As always, all available features are available in 5.x.
If you're deprecation free,

v6 is effectively non-breaking.

Thank you @marcoow.bsky.social and @mainmatter.com for starting the Embroider initiative that’s been such a big success!
What a great end of the year 🎉
When we started the Embroider initiative, we weren’t sure we’d find any sponsors at all and now we made it to this point – awesome to see 🐹❤️

Thanks to the team for the great work and all sponsors for making it possible 🙌

Using Stackblitz' bolt.new, I was able to create the game _snake_ with *modern* #EmberJS.

And.. ✨ without being focused ✨ on what I was doing.

All I had to do was clearly describe what it needed to do, how, and fix its mistakes after a little debugging.
