I did in fact rush to swim again this morning, before the thunderstorm started, but it was too early to document.

Maybe this social channel will just be all swimming, all the time. Staying in Eastbourne for a month, where there is a weird warm water gyre. Have been in the water multiple times every day so far.

46, leaning into a warm wind while the sun is still setting at 8:30, above a backyard jungle with a mouldering tennis court under the ferns and a giant black wolfhound at my feet, about to go reread the ratty copy of Death in Kashmir with my mom's handwriting on the spine. It's a vibe.
