Steve Bannon has claimed that he’s the guy who “headed up” the “Peter Thiel deconstruct the administrative state part” of Trump’s 2016 transition team and that Thiel protege Blake Masters was his (Bannon’s) “wingman” in that endeavor. (It appears that Thiel has been pulling strings all along.) 1/
