It reminds me of the 1992 AFC Championship when the Broncos lost 10-7 to Buffalo. Broncos should have won the game then and now.

Vance Joseph staying in Denver is a great thing. They improved over last season and are one stud ILB away from having an even better defense next year. This teams success predicated upon being dominant defensively. Don’t change your identity just add to it.

I am resigned to the fact that none of this information will result in any major prosecution. It is a sobering realization that there is truly a nasty underbelly of sordid elites. We the people have so much work to do. Accountability must come from OUR discretion and discipline.

Well this was bound to happen. They almost lost him last year. Broncos will need to bring in another defensive coach.
So far that’s five coaches out. Three by choice and two by promotion.

All you all can STFU. Both teams were deserving of a spot in the AFC Championship Game. They both beat good teams to get there. It’s so stupid to call success in the NFL lucky.

I wouldn’t ready too much into that. I don’t think Vance is some defensive genius, but I do feel he is very knowledgeable and does a good job coordinating the defense. His game plans/in game adjustments were pretty good this year. Without knowing Leonhard’s exact role it’s hard to know his impact.

Can you give a couple examples. I’m not in love with Joseph but I don’t think he’s a bad coach. His players don’t either.

To be fair, Joseph is looking for a head coaching position while Leonhard is a candidate for DC. It’s not apples to apples.

I remember hearing the same thing in 2015 when Brady and Co was going against Brock Osweiler and the Broncos in November or December. I’ll just say let’s wait and see. There are very few absolutes in the NFL.

Broncos pass pro has been ranked first in most every metric all season. They will likely have all five starters ready to go on Sunday. Broncos pass rush has been sacking the QB at an elite level. 71 sacks through 18 games. Maye had better be ready to protect the football. He will be pressured.
