I don't want to go into details for personal reasons, but basically, I started to think heavily about my life & how little I've done, why I struggle w/ doing certain things, what can I want/need to do to improve my life, etc.

Wanted to start my morning (& year) w/ 30 one-minute gestures. Besides sticking to this, my main goal w/ this was to avoid perfectionism. Tbh, I wasn't able to for a few, but for the most part, whatever I drew when times up, I left alone. (1/2)
