That first half was truly awful.
Naive from Pep to think that old line-up would work; some of them have to go, just so Pep can't pick them anymore.
Slow, unresponsive, devoid of creativity, no back up runs on a counter, no off the ball movement to open up passing options, etc.

I've said for about two years now that he's the perfect replacement for KDB. It's not a 1-to-1 stylistic replacement, but the guy has all the ingredients to fill the same role in the team.
It'll take a king's ransom to get that transfer over the line however. Easily a £100m for a 22-year-old star.
