If the Supreme Court ultimately agrees with what the gov't is arguing today, that the President has broad Article II powers that would permit it to deport people & there can be no judicial review, then literally no one is safe.

Dems shouldn't have gone to the #SOTU. They should have protested by refusing to go and used the news cycle to call BS on Trump's lies. Yes, MAGA nut bags would have had a meltdown, but why are we pretending that they are playing by the rules anymore? SOTU was a complete rejection of reality
