Oops ... I meant to ask "is rational the opposite of terrified?"

Or is it the other way round: crowdsource the answer to "envision a future where you are less terrified".

Is "rational" the opposite of hope? I think by the word rational I meant a state of mind.

But I think that hope can generate feelings that are the opposite of terror. Terror is irrational.

In fact I want to be the opposite of terrified. What is the opposite? I really don't BELIEVE that it is "hope".

I don't want to be terrified...it feels really bad.

I hate being terrified.

Post-election, but not yet post-apocalypse. This was in the window of the amazingly friendly, cheap, and efficient shop that fixed my tire. I totally agreed with this one, unlike a lot of the other posters and signs in the shop that celebrated God, guns, and the Convict-in-Chief. Baby steps.
