Flagging this again ahead of tomorrow's European Council.

Kallas and Costa were asked by Zelensky during their trip to Kyiv early December not to push China too hard on making drones for Russia.

Zelensky has been reluctant to comment on it himself. A fascinating dynamic.
Furthermore, and perhaps most importantly, the EU has been asked by Ukraine President Zelensky not to lump China into the same basket as Iran and North Korea, I understand.

This has led to a notable dip in public comments about the drone factory in Xinjiang...
