No, they calculate the full amount of second preferences and then they award the percentage amount of the 200 surplus to each candidate. I hope that makes sense.

I could not put this book down. An incisive and at times a coarse perspective on what it means to be born into poverty, together with the challenges that life throws at you because you are disadvantaged.
A most read for any aspiring politician.

I could not agree more Mary.
I know housing is a huge issue but for me the issue of the campaign is the abandonment of people and families with #disabilities, #mentalhealth and #neurodiversity. Services are non-existent. And it's not working for the staff in those sectors either who care deeply. #Waterford

In an A-rated house, there should be no cold bridges because it will accentuate this area when it comes to condensation and possible mould growth.
