Expedition 33 will win GOTY, the devs will make a speech about how they love and were inspired by JRPGs and how people should give those games a chance and the next day the press will be like "Expedition 33 wins GOTY and proves the west has STOMPED JAPAN IN THEIR OWN GENRE"

Unless I'm mistaken, but I'm pretty sure 5 out of the 6 were made by indie or AA studios with DK Bananza being the odd one out which is just nuts to think about.
