Mazu was playing with Simon in the sandbox building sandcastles, at some point they both agreed the castle needed a moat! Although trusting Mazu with the water hose and your back turned can be quite the gamble!

A hard but very real truth. You need to be able to take care of yourself most of the time, and basically be in it because of mutual shared interests, values, and goals. Not bc you're specifically looking for someone to take care of or fix you.
If you're struggling to find a relationship (whether with a partner, or a daddy/mommy/CG, whatever), consider the vibes you're giving off.
The emotionally mature people you seek as partners are usually pretty good at sensing (and avoiding) someone who's going to offload emotional baggage on them.
