When did we (gamers) start deciding that DLC and consistent updates were something that we were entitled to? Why are games not considered whole until we see these things?

Remember. Art styles will always outlive fidelity. Because while Elden Ring does pretty alright on fidelity, it’s (along with pretty much every Fromsoft game) art style will keep it fresh forever. Like games like Wind Waker before it, it will forever be beautiful.
