He’s been “gifted” a Nobel peace prize now…talk about devaluing a prestigious award 🤦🏻‍♂️

Glad you added the last sentence, he seems a bit sour at the moment.

Panel: “seems like a good project, but what if their orders get lost in the post? No risk mitigation there. Reject.”
November 27, 2025 at 6:12 AM
Imagine getting a grant rejected as the panel believed that receiving purchased equipment is a risk. 😭🧪

They should probably taper down interpretations, be a bit more speculative, but they would water down sensationalism and clicks. 🤷🏽‍♂️

Listening to the tifo podcast a couple of years ago, it dawned on me that their job as analysts is so misguided. They act like football experts but they don’t watch all the games, how possibly can they? But they still make ridiculous conclusions. In my field of science, I’d be vilified for this.

I didn’t boo either. But football fans know that it can be akin to a pantomime, and IMO, I like the fun and unpredictably of it all.

The media and pundits interpretation is often so completely off the mark it’s becoming hilarious. Michael Owen knows so little about this.
