Hey guys! So I wanted to mention here that because of a new update in my modelling software, I'll be able to do much smoother 2D animations than what I had before! This is because I can now control the vertex points of 2D images, allowing for some cool effects to be done.

You know, something I'd like to start doing is making still 3D renders and posting them here on Bluesky. They're super easy for me to make after I finish modelling the characters and scenery.

So, recently I've been working on improving my previous 2d artstyle, and I ended up using a method where the active parts are pre-rendered 3d, while others are hand-drawn. Here's the result of it being used on Jianguo from Xingzuo Temple and @junesy.bsky.social!
