Before I was a full time musician, I was a grad student training to be a marriage and family therapist. Before that, I was a (very unhappy) Navy officer. I couldn’t fully support myself making noise until I was 31 (10 years ago). It takes time sometimes. Do what you love.

It's wild to me how much grievance over disagreement perceived as slights drives the American right.
