In September 2023, geophysicists across the world started monitoring a very odd signal coming from the ground under them.
It was picked up in the Arctic. And Antarctica. It was detected everywhere, every 90 seconds, as regular as a metronome, for *nine days*.

Had a dream last night that we were rehearsing a piece in high school band and I didn’t know my part. There came a time when the saxophones had the melody, and I was just lost. This is actually a stress dream I have fairly regularly.
