very pleased that #DaredevilBornAgain bucked the trend of meh MCU TV shows. A faithful sequel to the Netflix series, which formally integrates Daredevil into the MCU whilst maintaining some separation with brilliant character building and grittiness (can we forget the She-Hulk appearance?)

wouldn't normally be so proud of publishing a "failed" trial, but #HIV care is now so effective, there simply aren't patients getting Kaposis Sarcoma (AIDS associated skin cancer). A pretty great reason for a trial to fail 👍 Undetectable=Untransmittable

the pre-race briefing for Stourbridge Stagger 2025 did not exaggerate when they said it was "extremely muddy". A great 10 mile (ish, due to a course diversion) cross-country race though, I'll be back next year! 🏃♂️
