Netty finds Yoshi sitting alone, staring off into the distance. He walks up to him, trying to talk. Netty: Yoshi? Are you alright? I've been looking around for you all morning. You wanna open up to me about something, pal? Yoshi turns around to his friend. Yoshi: Huh? Oh, hey Netty. I've been lamenting for a while. It's a little complicated for me to express myself right now... Netty sits down next to his friend, trying to convince him to open up. Netty: C'mon, let's talk. Whatever it is that's got you down, I can try to understand. It's what friends are for after all. It's about that kid isn't it? Yoshi gains confidence to open up to Netty. Yoshi: (sigh) ...Yeah, I suppose so. The past few days were beginning to mean a lot to me ever since Mario landed on my back. He's loud and smelly at times, sure, but we were just like him once. Mum thought the same, having to raise a picky eater like me. To be honest with you, I never thought I'd be so attached to that kid. This little adventure with him got us through our toughest times, facing our fears, and defeating all those baddies. Because of all that, Mario taught me something: Responsibility. Netty tears up as Yoshi progresses. Yoshi (cont): Getting the kid home to his real parents was the right thing to do, now it's all over. It was fun while it lasted, being a temporary guardian to someone. It's prepared me for when I become one for myself. I genuinely think I'd be a good father one day. Us working together to reunite him with his brother was the most fun I've ever had. But... Mario... he's just a baby. He won't remember any of this. He p-probably won't even remember me... or you... or any of our... f-friends... Yoshi's tears stream down his face. Yoshi (cont): ...but then... h-he... He said my name... His f-first word... OH MARIOOO!! I WISH WE COULD'VE K-KEPT HIM AROUND A LITTLE LONGER AND RAISE HIM AS *sniffle* OUR OWN!! Netty comforts him. Netty: I MISS HIM TOO, PAL! Yoshi: I LOVE YOU, MARIOOO!!

I have a few regrets

Fall Guys back when they charged money for it. (Barely even played it)

Pokémon Violet, I fell off of the game after like 5 gyms. Got bored of it real fast.

The video game version of UNO by Ubisoft, because playing online with friends straight up does not work at all.

Koopa hands out bingo cards loaded with predictions regarding the upcoming Super Mario Galaxy movie coming later this year. Koopa Troopa: Fellas, I whipped up this bingo prediction sheet for our moment on the big screen this April. With more references and cameos of our favorite places, consoles, as well as our friends old and new, I can definitely say that Illumination's Mario Galaxy movie might be better! I figure we could use this time to have some fun and- Yoshi notices a square on his bingo card that reads “Yoshi fart joke”, prompting him to get a complaint out to Koopa. Yoshi: HUH? Now wait just a darn minute!! Why is there a prediction of me farting in this movie? You really think I’d do that? Goomba: I mean, that greedy man isn’t the only one who can get a little... windy. Hammer Bro (Off-screen): My card doesn’t have that! Lakitu: Remember Topsy-Turvy? You were really letting loose back there. Shy Guy: That poor piranha plant.. (DRAMATIZATION) Piranha Plant: (coughs) PLEASE… SEE A DOCTOR!! Yoshi, now growling and teeth gritting, angrily gets in the Koopa's face as he quickly tries to give the peeved dino an explanation. Koopa Troopa: Whoa whoa, dino dude! I’m just going by online articles and specualtions! Illumination’s done that kind of humor before in their movies, so i’m just guessing! Even if you did break wind in this movie, there’s nothing to be embarrassed about. It’s a part of life! It's not like everyone will think of you any less for farting! Yoshi turns away, bingo sheet in hand again, slightly annoyed still. Yoshi: You better hope you’re wrong about this, just like how Nintendo had proved their fans wrong by giving me the spotlight in the direct! Koopa Troopa: We’ll just have to wait and see, Yoshi! Yoshi: Or else, you're dinner.
