Once upon a time I built this little free library for our village, perhaps one of the more valuable contributions in my construction career, as it keeps on giving back. I do think the little things matter in the end.

I've never seen the dogwoods quite so heavy with berries. Last spiring's rains have transformed into a late winter staple for the birds. Such perfection in our conscious, infinite universe.
