100s unscrupulous landlords operate in my area (Southwark). LA oversight tokenistic and toothless and licensing requirements abolished. ‘Voiceless’ tenants using slop buckets etc. Unsurprisingly given sponsors this ‘BritCard’ paper overriding focus is on ‘immigrants’,
not those who abuse them.

Quite apart from anything else, this a major opportunity for UK higher education which we are currently doing our best to neutralise.

This response much-needed. Unfortunately your leaving X reduces reach and impact and advocacy. X’ a cesspool, but so many informal MH networks who have found solidarity and a ‘home’ on X. Speaking to the Bsky converted isn’t advocacy. A very poor comms decision.
