Finished a short course on social and behavioural science, specifically orientated towards reducing AMR on agrifood systems.
Learning points: information alone won’t change behaviours; social and cultural context is highly relevant; what works in one setting may not work in another 👋

I’m turning 36 tomorrow. My life is nowhere close to what I had imagined it to be years ago. Not disappointed though, just different circumstances. I’ve accepted all that I cannot change but I do want to push things for the better. Life can be shitty, but we don’t have to be 🤞wishing for the best.
