No love lost for Maduro, and no apologies made for his regime. But the attack on Venezuela was plainly illegal. States can either say so clearly, or parse their way into a law of boundless exceptions and self-judgment.

El tema clave en el juicio contra Nicolás Maduro es si goza de inmunidad como jefe de Estado. EEUU dice que no, dado que no reconoce su "legitimidad" (no lo hace Trump, tampoco lo hizo Biden).

Hay un problema, sin embargo: EEUU parece reconocer a Delcy Rodríguez como presidenta.
