Not sure if I’d rather see França with the U21s or first team tbh. First team obviously more exciting but will get more minutes with the U21s which is arguably more important at this stage #cpfc

Typical palace would be to get a CB and CM replacement but ignore the LWB situation which was THE priority going into this window, arguably in the summer as well #cpfc

What happens with the rest of the window now will be a marker of the boards ambition.
We should be looking at adding another 2-3 good players to really kick on and challenge higher up the league, but I think we’ll do a lot less and the board will be happy to settle for 12th -15th #cpfc

Weird and a bit sad that Edouard doesn’t even make the bench for Leicester - but also serves to highlight the lack of squad depth Palace have relative to every other team in the league as he would get serious minutes if he was still in our squad #cpfc

And on Sarr - yes he’s not Michael Olise. Yes he’s not going to be the right player to start every game. But for 12.5m in todays market he has such a lethal skillet if used in the right games and is growing massively into this team #cpfc

Doucoure did so well in the build up to Devenny’s goal there. Having him stay fit for the rest of the season will make a big difference hopefully #cpfc
