I try to treat people the way I would like to be treated in the hopes it will somehow be returned. So far, it's not going well. I end most thinking the worst in the majority of people. Seems more and more like being a jerk is how you get ahead.

I'm finding customers can be very rude. Most are amazing, wonderful people to work with. Appreciative of my work, and say thank you ect. I am, however, seeing a larger number of people who ask me a question with an urgency, and not even a thank you, a thumbs up, "got it" or any other confirmation.

Today I had a peanut butter and jelly sandwich for the first time in (I'm guessing here) 45 years. Thought I hated them as a kid and carried that all the way to 50. My wife is an angel - suggested I try it. Man I've missed out all these years! First French onion soup and now this. 😁
