There isn't even anything here that gets us from phase 1 to phase 2 of the ceasefire agreement. Israeli forces occupy over half of Gaza and Hamas are reasserting themselves in the other half. That's a recipe for more violence, not a path to peace. aje.io/x009p3

Yesterday, Notts FoST’s weekly vigil focused on the children who have been killed by this relentless war and starvation.
Whether Jewish or Palestinian, each child deserves a right to life, food, shelter, and an education.
We must end this war of annihilation.

Here's a suggestion for Donny T. Rump and his ever so stable genius negotiations for Ukraine peace. If you want to give away Ukrainian territory you should buy it first. I'm sure you can get a great deal, or perhaps swap each province for a US state.

It's a good sign that today's Gaza hostage/detainee exchange has gone ahead, despite the Trimpfantile loose talk that endangers life from the White House. But there is still no certainty that the Israeli government will progress to the second stage of the deal.
