Disabled ppl are allowed to say that your "any precautions is better than no precautions" isn't enough. If you're sick and wearing a surgical mask for an 8 hour shift, that mask protects other ppl for Maybe 20 minutes? What about the other 7 hours and 40 minutes? A kn94+ with a good seal is better.

Atp I exist to complete responsibilities, I have been regressing (autistic burnout feels like a childish way to refer to a medical problem) I complete the most important of them, and not much of anything else. No hobbies, no personal enrichment, just obligations

How are other survivors of intrafamilial torture coping with the state of the world rn? My DID was improving with therapy only to take a sharp turn toward an increase in symptoms like dissociation, amnesia, confusion,derealization & depersonalization
