In Greece, olive trees are not planted for a single lifetime. They are set into the earth with the understanding that they will outlive the hands that tend them, bending, enduring, and returning year after year. Chapter 17 released

Athens does something to you. It doesn’t announce itself. It layers itself-stone on stone, story on story-until you realize you’re walking through thousands of years while carrying your own quiet questions. Chapters 11–15 are live. FREE TO READ

One of the real privileges of my work is connecting with young leaders across Canada.

Thank you to the students at Bishop Strachan School for hosting me—and for raising $1,000 in support of HIP.

Your commitment to reconciliation and youth leadership gives me hope for the future.

I had the pleasure of meeting with MP Juanita Nathan to discuss an issue that matters deeply to both of us—the future of the next generation and the opportunities we create for youth across Canada.

Looking forward to continuing this work together for youth across Canada.

Stopped in to see my friends Nina & Vana at the One of a Kind Show — Booth O-35.

Seriously talented Canadian artists doing what they do best: making the rest of us wonder why we ever settled for mass-produced anything. 🇨🇦✨

Standing on the track at Monza — the Temple of Speed — was one of those moments that didn’t feel real.

Feeling grateful, a little in awe, and mostly just reminded that sometimes the most surreal moments come from quietly following what you love. ❤️🇮🇹 #Monza #Ferrari #DreamChaser

Chapter 4 is now posted - In this chapter, I wanted to bring the story back to her eyes—a Canadian woman with Greek roots

Let me know what you think—does this hit the right tone?

Did you know the River Tiber actually froze in 1709?

Rome once looked at winter & said,
“Yeah sure, I’ll try being Canada for a day.”

But imagining Romans waking up like:
“The river has turned to ice — fetch the poets and panic!”

Anyway, shoutout to the Tiber for its brief Canadian era.

Only in Canada could this be real 😂🇨🇦 Did you know that saying ‘sorry’ isn’t a legal admission of guilt?

Standing at the top of Delphi, looking out over the theatre, the temple ruins, and a valley so dramatic it could win Best Cinematography… and honestly? I get why the ancients came here for wisdom.

Chapter 3 is live today.

Thank you for supporting this journey and showing up for these chapters each week. It means more than I can say.

Onward to Chapter 3.

🏛️ Where the idea of a “treasury” came from? At Delphi, the spiritual & political heart of ancient Greece, city-states built small buildings called Treasuries. These weren’t banks, but vaults of gratitude — filled with offerings, gold, & statues gifted to Apollo after victories.

One of my favourite parts of travelling? The auto stops. You never know what you’ll find — a five-foot box of donuts, oregano chips, or the largest lollipop I’ve ever seen in Greece!

Where’s the strangest (or best) roadside snack you’ve discovered?

So… this happened. Three chapters in (free to read on Wattpad & Substack) and somehow… Wattpad ranked it in multiple categories. 🏅

Grateful, shocked, & fired up to keep going. Thank you for reading, it means more than you know. ❤️

🌺 Remembrance Day - Lest We Forget 🌺

Today, I pause not just to remember - but to feel.
To imagine what it must have been like for parents,
watching their children go to war.
For the young, barely grown,
who faced horrors I can’t begin to comprehend.

Lest We Forget, I promise to never forget.

Scaling Delphi & wandering the ruins where kings, philosophers, & travellers once came seeking wisdom. I didn’t exactly hear the voice of Apollo, but I did get a few good ideas (& a solid leg workout).

Turns out, wisdom’s not just found at the top of the mountain, it’s gathered on the climb. 🇨🇦⛰️

🇮🇹 As a Ferrari fan, walking into the Ferrari trophy room felt like stepping into holy ground. The air practically hums with history — every gleaming cup & medal tells a story of speed, precision, & passion.

For anyone who’s ever dreamed in red… this is it. ❤️‍🔥🏎️ #Ferrari #Tifosi #CanadianInItaly

🇨🇦 Nov 8 – Indigenous Veterans Day

Let’s pause today to honour the First Nations, Métis, and Inuit veterans who served in Canada’s armed forces

This day exists separately because, for decades, their contributions were overlooked or forgotten in official ceremonies. Lest we forget.

🏛️ The Women Holding Up Ancient Greece

Meet the Caryatids, they stand as symbols of every woman who quietly holds up families, communities, and cultures.

But look closely — one is missing.

Taken to London in the 1800s, she now stands in the British Museum.

Italy & Greece 🇮🇹🇬🇷 When I look back on our travels, it isn’t the landmarks or the views that linger most - it’s the people.

The bus drivers, hotel staff, servers & strangers who became storytellers,

To each, thank you.You turned a trip into something sacred.
